WHAT TO BUY AGAINST INFLATION : MY WARNING!

This is a great warning.

I see "guru-type" newsletter telling INVESTORS "don`t buy gold, buy this instead..."articles

They are telling people to buy inflation-adjusted investment vehicles like TIPS or, some kind of ETF's that get "magically adjusted " in case of inflation ....the NUMBER of inflation MENTIONED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Maybe I am not clear, but the point is:

one of the greatest scam during restructuring of the argentinian debt was to manipulate the INFLATION INDEX. So , investors accept new inflation-adjusted bonds because they felt it was a wise and amazing vehicle in a inflationary environment like Argentina. They thought they were smart.
The government tricked the inflation index. And investors suffered since they did not get or won`t get "inflation adjusted income". A nice scam :) So you want to protect yourself against inflation and against your government? Then dont buy investment that DEPENDS of a BUROCRAT decision.

if you want a real protection against the central banks, governments, and burocrats, buy something that "will adjust" and it is not a "investment fund", or a "ETF" , or a "ETN", or something that anyway con easily print ( like shares) and create more of it.
Buy they physical. It is hard to find the physical, it is hard to sell it, it is hard to smelt it.
You will learn that THIS IS THE ULTIMATE PROTECTION .
The physical gold or silver. Learn from the experience. Avoid "inflation-adjusted scam papers" investment vehicles.

STOP STUPIDITY

GOLD, new record high today. Stop stupidity. Just watch the FED. They are printing and printing and printing. it`s gonna happen . You are gonna live it. Governments can deny it.
But you know the truth is "crystal clear".

If you see OBAMA cutting expenses all over the place.... If you see Bernanke moving rates UP big time, letting banks fail and stop printing money.
If you se the dismantling of the Great American Army...cut programs.... Maybe I AM WRONG.

Otherwise, the dollar WILL CRASH BIG TIME. AND YOU ARE GONNA LIVE IT.

DON`T TRUST THE MEDIA. DON`T TRUST THE TALKING HEAD. Trust the analyst WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE BEFORE. TRUST THOSE HONEST PEOPLE WHO ALREADY LIVED THROUGH bank holidays, devaluations, currency collapse. Trust the experience and the honesty.

Protect yourself . 1000 U$S is cheap for the medium term.

US TREASURY : THEY ARE CRAZY

THE US TREASURY WILL ask for 140 billion dollars only next week.
They are just crazy. It seems they won`t stop this madness until they crash the dollar.

That`s today market capitalization of BANK OF AMERICA.

They are just crazy.

Dollar carry trade will keep placing presure.

Gold is feeling very comfortable above 990$ and 1000$. Commercials closing shorts on gold.

There is no "green shots": Unemployment ( the official) will go up to 12% next year. Real unemployement will be even higher next year.

I am still wondering if the dollar crash will be this year or next year. I would really expect to see the dollar 8% lower against major currencies soon. Maybe before end of the year. Maybe even more than 8%.

I wonder when this madness will stop.
